Self-observation is a practice of awareness where you turn your attention inward, and non-judgmentally watch what you think, feel, and do. Imagine a kind person that has full access to your inner landscape. That person neutrally describes your thoughts, emotions and sensations as they occur within you. You can be that person, you can silently observe yourself. The part of you that always lives in the present moment and watches what happens inside of you, is called your Inner Observer, master it and be aware of your own!
